Belshaw was formed in 2019 by a group of like-minded entrepreneurial former colleagues that recognised the need for a fresh approach to building consultancy. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do and we encourage an intrapreneurial ethos amongst our team.
Our Environmental Social Governance values are reflected in our drive to make a positive change in the world. Doing our part to address the climate crisis is at the very forefront of what we do. Our mission is to collaborate with our clients and find solutions to improve the sustainability of the existing commercial building stock. We understand buildings and our aim is to become experts in the re-use of embodied carbon.
Instead of "work hard, play hard", we believe in "work smarter, play better". First and foremost we work hard to deliver a best in class service. We are passionate about health and wellbeing, and love to combine it the social side of the property industry. We run our own cycling, yoga, boxing and running and support property organisations such as Blacktop RCC, Landaid, Cycle to MIPIM and Propski.
