Ben is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over seven years of industry experience, specialising in Contract Administration, Technical Due Diligence, and Dilapidations. He has worked across a range of sectors, including retail, industrial, and commercial office environments. Before qualifying as a surveyor, Ben trained as a carpenter, contributing to the delivery of residential refurbishment projects. This hands-on background, combined with his professional expertise, gives him a well-rounded understanding of the built environment and the varied perspectives of stakeholders. As a result, he’s able to deliver a high-quality service while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing football, golf, and snooker, as well as spending time outdoors and with friends and family.
