Luke is a chartered building surveyor with over 6+ years’ experience offering a full suite of Building Survey services in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Since becoming chartered, Luke has specialised predominately in providing Technical Due Diligence advice to investors, funders, occupiers and vendors across the UK and mainland Europe. Luke understands that no two jobs are the same and seeks to understand the priorities of his clients to ensure bespoke commercial expertise that meet their requirements. Outside of work, Luke enjoys being outdoors on his bike, running or going for walks across the South Downs with his wife and dog. Recently Luke has taken up golf with the ambition of getting out on his local golf courses.
