Rhys is a chartered building surveyor with over six years’ experience specialising in Technical Due Diligence and Project Management across multiple sectors, including retail, industrial and commercial office. In his spare time, Rhys has undertaken several home renovations and this hands-on experience has led him to working with project stakeholders in a collaborative and engaging way to ensure that the best possible result is delivered for every project. Out of work, Rhys enjoys playing or watching most sports (mainly golf and rugby), travelling abroad and spending time with family and friends.
