A warm welcome to Sam Bates who has joined the Belshaw team as Associate Director in 2024. Sam is an accomplished Project Manager whose career working on projects in the UK and overseas spans 10+ years. Over his career, Sam has worked on a range of schemes across the commercial, residential and retail sectors. Sam values collaboration and honesty which has worked well in establishing successful project teams and strong client relationships. Outside of work you’ll likely find Sam adventuring in the great outdoors, mucking about in his garden or enjoying time with friends and family.
