Our reporting was tailored to the Client's plans to strip the building fabric, finishes and services in their entirety and redevelop the building retaining the existing structural frame only. Our recommended scope of works included repairs to prevent deterioration of the structural frame, maintain the integrity of the waterproof envelope and address any potential health and safety issues in the short term. Following our advice, the Client acquired the building and achieved full Planning Consent in December 2020.
