Landsec’s first Flexible Office offering for its new MYO office brand, the project comprised the refurbishment of 24,000 sqft of workspace designed and delivered to a high specification. Being the first of it’s kind within the Landsec portfolio, the project underwent a journey from inception as the MYO product and workspace refurbishment design developed in tandem under very quick time frames. Through a flexible and bespoke project management and procurement strategy the offering was delivered at pace whilst maintaining the quality and design deserving of the clients first flexible workspace product.
